Positions:
- Chief Information Technology Officer

Eligibility & Experience:
Chief Information Technology Officer:
- 16-year degree (Master’s preferred) in Information System, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Broad knowledge of information systems, software, languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends.
- Experience in leading major changes and initiatives, change management, integrating teams across business units, and managing a geographically diverse workforce.
Chief Legal Officer:
- 16-year degree in LLB/LLM/Barrister at Law.
- Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Licensed advocate of the High Court.
- Strong background in corporate and commercial law, contract negotiations, preferably in the power sector.
- Experience working with Government and Regulatory Authorities.
Chief Supply Chain Management Officer:
- 16-year Degree (MBA/MS) in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Broad knowledge and experience of supply chain and procurement practice, preferably in the power sector.
